Terrell Pugh has spent his career in the gate and access control industry, accumulating hands-on experience with the full spectrum of gate systems — residential swing and slide gates, commercial operators, underground actuator systems, high-security access control, and everything in between. He started out doing the installation work himself and continues to stay directly involved in day-to-day operations at Wynstone Gate Services.
Terrell's approach to customer service is straightforward: give people honest information, show up when you say you will, and make sure the work is done to a standard you'd be comfortable putting your name on. He takes the same care with a small residential gate repair as with a full commercial installation, because the customer on the other end of both jobs deserves the same level of attention.
He stays current with manufacturer training, evolving gate technology, and local code requirements in Bellevue and King County so that the advice and installations Wynstone delivers are always technically sound and properly compliant.
